What You Will Be Doing
As a Global Supply Chain Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of supply chain professionals in the daily execution of development and production work scope on a Classified Program. You will drive the development and implementation of subcontract management strategies, ensuring alignment with program objectives and goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing subcontract management strategies
• Representing the Global Supply Chain team in proposal meetings and management reviews
• Leading Supply Chain Management at Financial reviews
• Assigning and managing team workload to meet cost and schedule objectives
• Coaching and mentoring Supply Chain Managers to ensure successful execution of the program

Basic Qualifications

• Proven Subcontract Program Management skills
• Experience leading a team of individual contributors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, LM stakeholders, customers
• Demonstrated risk and opportunity management experience
• Must have experience in developing and executing subcontract management strategies
• Experience with proposal strategy and working prime negotiations with customers
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and changes in deadlines
• Ability to recruit, train and develop team
• Ability to obtain secret security clearance
  

Desired Skills

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00
