Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Manager for our Grand Prairie, TX facility. You will oversee supplier relationships, procurement processes, and contract execution across DoD, commercial, and international programs, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts.

Standard Job Description

You will be the Subcontract Management for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk COTS and complex build-to-print subcontracts.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for overseeing supplier relationships, procurement processes, and contract execution across commercial, DOD, and international programs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for high-risk subcontracts.
  • Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and hold procurement delegation authority.
  • Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
  • Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms.
  • Administer awarded subcontracts and manage change activities.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry
  • Experience with LM S/4Hana
Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
