Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a proactive Subcontracts Manager to oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance across complex, build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD, and international programs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, sign supplier agreements, and develop subcontract specs. The role requires FAR/DFAR knowledge, negotiation experience, and SAP/ERP familiarity to optimize procurement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Two years professional experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR; Negotiation experience; worked with SAP or similar ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder conferences, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms, and administer subcontracts.
