Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Subcontract Manager to lead the procurement lifecycle for critical programs of national importance. You will drive supplier cost, schedule, and performance, guiding cross-functional teams through complex vendor selections and award processes.

The role requires proven experience in large, multi-contract development projects, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a US SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience for qualification.
• 5+ years in supply chain management with 3+ years in subcontract management.
• 2+ years managing medium to large subcontractors.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain a US SECRET clearance with background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on varied subcontracts.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams.
• Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and POs.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms/conditions.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder conferences, evaluate proposals, negotiate terms.
