Lockheed Martin in Colorado is seeking an experienced Subcontracts Manager to oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance across complex programs, including DoD and international work. You will lead cross-functional teams and sign supplier agreements within approved authority.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong negotiation, procurement, and FAR/LMAP knowledge. Expect a fast-paced environment with a focus on risk management and program success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Experience in Finance, Business Administration, Procurement, Subcontract Administration or related fields.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers to meet cost and schedule objectives.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance and pass background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts for commercial, DoD and international programs.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within authority.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and administer subcontracts with change activity.
