You will lead cross‑functional teams, develop subcontract specs and change activity, and negotiate terms to support development, production, and global sustainment with multiple contract types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's from an accredited college or university.
• Strong integrity, ethical standards, and proactive mindset.
• Experience working with teams and providing clear direction on expectations, deliverables and ensuring completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on subcontracts.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams.
• Sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals.
