Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Management professional to lead multifunctional teams and oversee procurement activities in Orlando or Grand Prairie, TX. You will manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts, developing agreements and evaluating proposals.

The role requires the ability to obtain a security clearance, strong communication, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

You will be the Subcontract Management for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams, developing specifications, and overseeing procurement activities.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate‑to‑high‑risk subcontracts.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms & conditions.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate subcontract provisions, award contracts, and administer changes.
• Hold procurement delegation authority and sign supplier agreements within established limits.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
