Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 2 years of relevant work, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Secret clearance. Strong procurement, FAR/DFAR knowledge, and SAP familiarity are preferred.

You will be the Subcontract Administration for the Air Dominance Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for managing subcontract procurement, developing specifications, and administering contracts to support global sustainment of aerospace programs.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Administration you will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end subcontract process, from drafting specifications to negotiating terms and ensuring compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate subcontract provisions and manage award processes.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.

Desired Skills

• Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement or related field
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
