You will be the Subcontract Management Sr for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate‑to‑high‑risk subcontracts.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Management Sr you will be responsible for leading high‑impact subcontract initiatives across commercial, DOD and international programs.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate‑to‑high‑risk subcontracts.
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate subcontract provisions, award contracts, and administer change activity.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

• Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

• Working knowledge of standard contract types
• Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry
• Experience with LM S/4Hana

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
