Job summary

United Launch Alliance (ULA) is seeking a Supply Chain focused Regulatory Subject Matter Expert with expertise in FAR, DFARS, NAM, NFS, and ITAR regulations. The role reports to the Senior Manager for Governance and Strategic Operations and requires strong regulatory and policy background, with capabilities in change management and cross-functional collaboration.

The position involves evaluating regulatory changes, coordinating with Prime Contracts, and updating terms and conditions to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Regulatory and policy background with Government subcontracting experience.
• Experience applying industry and regulatory requirements to supply chain.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive, independent worker with ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
• Strong written and verbal communication; change management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex requirements to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate large-scale industry requirement changes and lead supply chain change impact assessments.
• Partner with SMEs to ensure compliance while aligning with cost and schedule needs.
• Support Prime Contracts on solicitations and modifications with risk assessments and recommendations.
• Update and monitor terms and conditions for compliance with requirements.
• Maintain procurement processes, training, and contract requirement changes.
• Assist in processing and negotiating supply chain terms and conditions.
