Job summary

United Launch Alliance in Colorado is seeking a Supply Chain focused Regulatory Subject Matter Expert who interprets FAR, DFARS, NAM, NFS, and ITAR. This role reports to the Senior Manager for Governance and Strategic Operations within the Supply Chain team and requires regulatory and policy background with strong cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will evaluate regulatory changes, support prime contracts, manage risk, and ensure compliance to meet cost and schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university.
• Regulatory and policy background with Government subcontracting experience (FAR and supplements).
• Experience applying industry and regulatory requirements to supply chain.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Change management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate changes to government requirements and lead change impact assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure compliance with cost and schedule needs.
• Support prime contracts on solicitations and modifications with risk assessments.
• Maintain procurement documents to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Assist with maintenance updates to processes and training related to industry requirements.
