Job summary

Ralliant seeks a Director of Subcontracts Management to lead government contracting in a highly regulated aerospace environment. You will champion regulatory compliance, build capability within the Subcontracts Management Team, and create scalable processes, governance, and systems to enable growth in Chandler, AZ.

This role requires strategic leadership across Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Programs, and Finance, plus the ability to drive a five-year roadmap, training programs, and CPSR/DCMA

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in U.S. Government subcontract management and regulatory governance.
• Leadership experience managing multi-level teams and organizational transformation.
• Proficiency in cost/price analysis, negotiation, and supplier risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME for FAR/DFARS, CPSR expectations, export controls, and subcontracting compliance.
• Lead governance, standard work, templates, and oversight mechanisms for compliant actions.
• Lead readiness for CPSR, DCMA/DCAA reviews; coordinate responses with Legal and Compliance.
• Mentor SMT, implement training in FAR/DFARS, lifecycle management, and risk controls.
• Develop a five-year roadmap to increase capability, maturity, and capacity.
