Job summary

ExoTerra Resource LLC is seeking a full-time SubContract Administrator to develop statements of work, issue RFQs, and build subcontractor relationships within a robust procurement system. This role works closely with the supply chain and supplier quality teams to manage subcontracting for mission-critical hardware and services across development, production, and global sustainment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Government Contracting (FAR, DFARS, ITAR) and acquisition principles.
• Experience with Statements of Work and SDRL management.
• Experience with various contract types.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to understand complex requirements and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop subcontract specifications, statements of work, and terms for procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and evaluate proposals.
• Negotiate subcontract provisions and modify subcontracts as needed.
• Manage major subcontract procurement for complex, mission-critical hardware and services.
• Identify risks and provide innovative solutions for subcontracting needs.
• Represent the organization as the primary subcontract contact to internal/external customers.
• Monitor subcontractor performance via weekly meetings and progress reports.
