Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Contracts Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. The role focuses on compliance with FAR/DFARS, NDA/TA processes, and collaboration with COs and auditors.

The position requires 10–15+ years in federal contracting, strong negotiation skills, and leadership capabilities to guide junior staff and coordinate with procurement, finance, legal, and program teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of federal government contracting experience including prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS; experience with government portals such as WAWF, PIEE and Seaport-NxG.
• Demonstrated experience with contract negotiation, risk analysis, and compliance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead administration of prime contracts and subcontracts across the full lifecycle (proposal, award, execution, closeout).
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Intelligence Community regulations.
• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, TAs, and contract terms, statements of work, and modifications; identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide contractual guidance to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain contract documentation and ensure accuracy within contract management systems.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Government COs, and DCAA/DCMA representatives.
• Collaborate with the proposal department to review cost proposals for compliance.
