Job summary

ExoTerra is seeking a full-time SubContract Administrator to develop statements of work, issue RFQs, cultivate subcontractor relationships, and monitor subcontract statuses across development, production, and global sustainment programs.

The role works with supply chain and supplier quality teams to build a robust procurement system. 5+ years of experience and a US work authorization are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Statements of Work and SDRL management.
• Experience with various contract types.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to understand complex requirements and develop innovative solutions.
• 5+ years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop subcontract specifications, statements of work, and terms and conditions for procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and write packages for review.
• Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
• Manage major subcontract procurement of complex, mission‑critical hardware and/or services for programs and proposals.
• Identify subcontract risks/issues and lead innovative solution development.
• Represent the organization as primary subcontract contact to internal/external customers, including presentations.
• Manage subcontractor performance through weekly status meetings and reports; communicate schedule risks and recovery plans.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
