TerraPower is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to manage subcontracts focusing on performance and compliance with federal procurement standards. The role includes sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating contracts to support project success.
The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience, preferably in the nuclear industry, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain. Competitive salary and benefits are offered, including 401(k) and paid time off.
TerraPower, LLC. is seeking to contract with a highly capable and motivated Contract Administrator who will report directly to the Director of Procurement to perform duties including sourcing, evaluating, price reasonableness, negotiating, subcontract administration, and closeouts. This position will also be responsible for supporting the development of new suppliers. This position contributes to enhancing the success of projects by limiting the overall risks and liability associated with supplier sourcing, pricing, evaluating, negotiating, performance and delivery of equipment, materials, completion of services and/or construction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence and flexibility with confidence, and an ability to interface with suppliers, consultants, management and colleagues in a professional, and proactive manner. The Senior Contract Administrator collaborates with the larger Supply Management, project teams and other support functions to coordinate the review of client contracts and provides negotiation support when required.
Job functions include sitting for extended periods, bending/stooping, grasping/gripping, fine motor control (hands). Minimal physical exertion and/or requirements, with ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds. Prolonged repetitive work. Visual and audio focused work. Stairs, typing/keyboard, standard and/or sitting working environment of >8 hours/day. Travel required 0-10%.
Salary range: $117,922 - $176,833.
