Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is hiring for a Subassembly Operator to support the manufacture of life-saving products on the shop floor. You will operate machines, monitor processes, and ensure quality while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to GMP and SOPs, and teamwork across shifts to meet production goals. Training is provided; opportunities for growth exist within the Manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Must have basic English written and oral communication skills.
• Must understand safety and quality instructions and read work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and use a calculator and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust subassembly machinery.
• Load and replenish production supplies to meet production needs.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and disposition products.
• Inspect finished components and ensure quality standards are met.
• Package finished components and stage for transfer to other lines.
• Document required information in manufacturing logs.
