Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Technologist, SVP responsible for operating, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment. You will lead the shift, solve problems, and ensure adherence to cGMP and safety guidelines while coordinating with other departments.

You will oversee routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements, all while training team members and ensuring efficient production in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and related processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead a work team.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor production processes and adhere to cGMP and safety guidelines.
• Oversee shift personnel and assign roles to team.
• Lead shift tier meetings and plantwide communications.
• Set up machinery before production and ensure shift efficiency.
• Drive process improvement projects within the department.
• Train and develop team members.
• Complete relevant paperwork per GDP/GMP guidelines.
• Work in clean room environments with PPE.
