Baxter International Inc. seeks an Operator III - Machine L-5 to support high‑quality, continuous manufacturing. You will run and adjust automated equipment, monitor controls, and perform routine maintenance to sustain production flow.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in mechanical/electronic tech, 0–1 year of related experience, and ability to read gauges. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in mechanical/electronic tech.
• 0–1 year of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and use basic hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic manufacturing equipment and adjust as needed.
• Monitor equipment within safety and environmental specs.
• Inspect materials and products to detect defects early.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow SOPs.
• Document parameters, lots, and production data accurately.
