Baxter is hiring an Operator III - Machine L-5 to join our manufacturing team. You will operate automatic and semi-automatic machinery, perform setups, monitor performance, and perform routine maintenance to ensure quality and productivity. The role requires safety-first mindset and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or similar roles preferred.
• Experience operating automated or semi-automatic machinery.
• Able to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs.

Responsabilidades

• Operate automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment and adjust/repair as needed for optimal performance.
• Monitor equipment and control panels, adjust controls as required.
• Inspect, package and document materials per plant procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Participate in process improvement activities and record required data.
