Job summary

Baxter International in Skaneateles Falls, NY is hiring an Operator II for 2nd shift to assemble components and support production lines. Follow established processes, assist in test equipment setup, perform routine assembly, and ensure safety and quality.

This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow within Baxter's manufacturing organization. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of assembly experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 1 year (minimum) of successful experience in assembly/related area.
• Must have good mechanical dexterity/eyesight and basic math skills.
• Able to adapt to changing work environment and rotation among workstations.
• Ability to work well with others and participate in team problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow assembly processes.
• Assist in setup of test equipment (leak tester/tensile tester) and conduct tests as required.
• Perform routine assembly operations (soldering, RTVS, epoxies), fold, label, and box product.
• Use measurement equipment or learn to use it.
• Maintain records and demonstrate good judgment in prioritizing tasks.
