Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is hiring for an assembly-focused role. You will read and follow assembly processes, assist with test equipment, and perform routine assembly operations including soldering and epoxy tasks. You will train and work with a diverse group while maintaining quality and productivity.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and the ability to adapt to evolving production methods. A high school diploma and basic math skills are required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of assembly/related experience.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Physically able to lift 40 lbs and work in varied positions.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and follow assembly processes.
• Assist in setup of test equipment, leak tester and/or tensile tester; perform leak tests.
• Perform routine assembly operations including soldering, RTVS silicone, epoxies; fold, label and box product.
• Use measurement equipment or learn to use it.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team.
• Work with diverse groups and maintain a positive attitude.
• Possess good judgment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize.
