Job summary

Baxter is seeking a dedicated assembler to read and follow assembly processes, set up test equipment, and perform routine assembly tasks including soldering. The role requires the ability to lift 40 lbs, work in various positions, and maintain accuracy under evolving production methods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Must have mechanical dexterity and good eyesight to perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to changing production methods and work with others in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow assembly processes.
• Set up test equipment and perform leak/pressure tests as required.
• Carry out routine assembly operations including soldering and RTVS materials.
• Train and collaborate with a diverse team while maintaining quality and safety.
