Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Manager in Training in Brookfield, WI. You will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, lead by example, and ensure the store runs smoothly with integrity.

The role emphasizes enthusiastic, friendly leadership and adherence to all company policies while developing your management skills. You’ll greet customers, handle orders, and supervise subs prep, POS transactions, and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Process orders in the POS system and handle payments accurately.
• Collaborate with line team to prepare subs per specifications following safety and sanitation rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and restrooms daily.
• Communicate with team and management to schedule, train, and resolve issues.
• Handle customer concerns professionally per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Wear uniform and adhere to dress code.
