The role requires flexibility for day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a maximum 50-hour week and a minimum 32 hours. A strong customer service mindset and ability to lift 50 pounds are essential.

Responsibilities

• Input orders into a point-of-sale system and handle payments accurately.
• Work with the line team to prepare subs following recipes and safety guidelines.
• Operate kitchen machinery such as knives, grills, and slicers.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation daily.
• Communicate with team and management to create schedules, train new employees, and resolve issues.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve problems per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear required uniform.
