The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working a flexible schedule in a fast-paced store. You will train staff, manage customer interactions, and ensure policy compliance while adhering to Jersey Mike’s standards and dress code.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments.
• Ability to follow all policies and procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude.
• Process orders at the POS accurately and handle payments.
• Assist line team in preparing subs to customer specifications.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and hygienically.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation daily.
• Help train new employees and coordinate schedules as needed.
