Responsibilities

• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude.
• Input orders into a point-of-sale system and handle payments accurately.
• Work with the line team to prepare subs per customer specs following safety and sanitation rules.
• Use kitchen equipment such as knives, grills, slicers, etc.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Communicate with team and management to create schedules and train new employees.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Maintain neat appearance by wearing the uniform and following dress code.
