Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, record orders, and serve with a positive attitude.
• Input orders and process payments accurately on POS systems.
• Collaborate with line team to prepare subs per specs while following safety rules.
• Operate kitchen machinery such as knives, grills, and slicers.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including tables, floors, utensils, and restrooms.
• Communicate with team and management to create schedules and train staff.
• Address customer concerns professionally and align with Jersey Mike's policies.
• Maintain a neat appearance by wearing proper uniform and dress code.
