Role Description

The Styling and Image Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Papillon Styles in Redondo Beach, CA. This role involves providing personalized styling and image consulting services to clients, including assessing their needs, selecting outfits that flatter their figure, and guiding them on how to build a cohesive wardrobe. The consultant will conduct in-store styling appointments, support at-home consultations and trunk shows, and assist clients shopping both in person and online. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, coordinating looks for various occasions, offering honest and constructive style advice, and supporting the boutique’s visual merchandising and customer service standards. The role requires close collaboration with the boutique team to ensure an inclusive, welcoming, and confidence-building experience for every client.
