Role Description

The Contemporary Stylist is a full-time, on-site role based in Boca Raton, FL, responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury client experience within the contemporary fashion assortment. Day-to-day responsibilities include styling clients, recommending outfits and wardrobe solutions, and providing personalized product guidance aligned with current trends and individual preferences. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales through clienteling, follow-up, and outreach across in-store and digital channels. The Contemporary Stylist also supports merchandising and presentation standards, collaborates with store teams on events and activations, and stays informed on new arrivals, designer collections, and style stories. This position requires consistent on-site presence, a polished professional demeanor, and a strong focus on achieving individual and store performance goals.

Qualifications

• Client-facing retail skills, including luxury customer service, clienteling, relationship building, and consultative selling.
• Fashion and styling skills, such as contemporary trend knowledge, wardrobe styling, product pairing, and fit and fabric understanding.
• Sales and business skills, including goal orientation, ability to drive revenue, upselling and cross-selling, and basic performance analysis.
• Communication and collaboration skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, teamwork, and professional presentation.
• Digital and operational skills, including comfort with point-of-sale systems, client management tools, digital selling platforms, and basic productivity software.
• Proven experience in fashion retail or luxury sales; contemporary or designer brand experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in fashion, business, or related fields is a plus.
