Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to engage guests, deliver exceptional service, and maintain compelling in-store presentations. You will greet guests, assist with merchandise selection, and execute visual standards on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.

The role requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, + flexibility in scheduling, and a proactive approach to upselling and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and trends.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to monitor sales and inventory and assist guests as needed.
• Restock and locate merchandise to meet business needs on the floor and in backrooms.
• Support with fitting rooms and guest services to enhance the shopping experience.
