Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. You will help keep the floor stocked, accurately priced, and visually appealing, while supporting guest services and store operations.

The role requires energetic teamwork, flexibility for varied shifts, and a strong customer-first attitude. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and styling expertise for a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service and maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, active retail environment with multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and signage.
• Ensure product availability and accurate signing and pricing on the floor.
• Assist guests and respond to inquiries to meet their needs.
• Support backroom and fitting room operations and guest services.
