Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Understand sales, inventory, and pricing to assist guests.
• Sort freight, stock the floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set up visual merchandising guides and keep product availability in stock.
• Crew responsibilities include aiding fitting rooms, backroom organization, and replenishment.
• Provide exceptional guest experience and uphold safety standards.
• Assist with back-up cashier duties and order pickup processes as needed.
