Job summary

Target is looking for a Style Consultant to help guests discover style on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You will keep the floor stocked, accurately priced, and inviting while staying informed about product assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will welcome guests, answer questions, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor on display with signage.
• Use store tools to track sales and inventory needs.
• Assist with stocking and locating merchandise on the floor and in backroom.
• Set visual presentations to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability through fills and merchandising.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to inspire guests.
• Assist with price changes and signing as needed.
• Support fitting rooms and guest services like pickup and drive-up.
• Follow safety policies and promote a compliant work environment.
• Greet guests and engage with them to understand and solve needs.
