Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through excellent service and compelling in-store presentations. You will keep the floor stocked, priced, and visually appealing while assisting guests across fitting rooms and sales floors.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy team collaboration, and be flexible with shifts, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and guest engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and use scanners.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Remain focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Sort truck freight and push merchandise to the sales floor.
• Set visual presentations to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor with priority fills.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to inspire guests.
