Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room with a welcoming, energetic approach. You will maintain floor readiness through strong visual merchandising, price accuracy, and attentive guest service, adapting to a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training and hands-on support are provided to build skills and confidence on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory ownership and assist guests.
• Sort freight and push stock to the sales floor.
• Set visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising.
