Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, guide them through the store, and provide a standout shopping experience. You will keep the floor visually engaging, price items accurately, and assist with fittings and promotions to drive sales.

This role requires strong teamwork, superb guest service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training supports growth and hands-on retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms with pricing and product knowledge.
• Sort freight, stock shelves, and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Support backroom organization and inventory flow.
• Provide friendly, helpful service and greet guests consistently.
• Operate cash register and assist with other duties as assigned.
