Target is hiring a Style Consultant in New York to help guests find fashion that fits their lifestyle. You’ll ensure the floor is stocked, priced, and presented to inspire self-discovery, while delivering a welcoming guest experience on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.

The role requires strong guest service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible hours, and teamwork. Training is provided; candidates should enjoy apparel and be comfortable with technology like handheld

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory, assisting guests as needed.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and floor capacity through priority fills.
• Backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes with signing execution and merchandising.
• Maintain fittings rooms as a welcoming guest space.
• Assist fulfillment and guests by moving merch back to salesfloor.
• Uphold safety, ethics, and compliance at all times.
• Work safely; report hazards and follow policies.
