Job summary

Target in New York is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests and help shoppers explore style on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You will contribute to inviting visual merchandising and a welcoming shopping experience.

You will also support merchandising, price changes, freight processing, and backroom organization while delivering fast, friendly service in a dynamic retail setting. Training is provided to help you grow.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Sort freight and push merchandise to the sales floor to replenish stock.
• Set and maintain product pricing, sizes, colors, and on-shelf presentation.
• Maintain the fitting rooms and help guests with their shopping needs.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up as needed.
