Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to warmly welcome guests, provide expert assistance on apparel and fitting rooms, and maintain a visually compelling floor. You will ensure shelves are stocked, prices are clear, and the floor is welcoming for quick self-discovery.

You will engage guests across operations, support backroom organization, and collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience during flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused and performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by priority fills and merchandising.
• Execute backroom organization and support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to maintain an inspiring shop floor.
• Support price change processes with signing and merchandising.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Help guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with laws.
• Greet guests and engage with them to solve their needs.
• Thank guests and invite them back to Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.
