Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through fashion and strong guest service. You will ensure the salesfloor is well merchandised, accurately priced, and stocked to meet guest needs throughout busy shifts.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate with team members, manage visual presentations, and support checkout and fitting room experiences with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in apparel products and guest service.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and tech equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signing.
• Support replenishment, backroom organization, and merchandise placement.
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist guests on the salesfloor and during checkout.
• Engage guests in a welcoming manner and resolve questions quickly.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure compliance with store procedures.
