Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover fashionable solutions on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You’ll deliver a welcoming guest experience, maintain organized displays, and support merchandising initiatives that showcase on-trend products.

The role emphasizes strong operations, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest-first service in a retail setting.
• Able to operate handheld scanners and POS systems.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, climb ladders and lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards and clear signing.
• Understand sales, inventory, and promotions to assist guests as needed.
• Sort freight, stock the floor, and locate merchandise per business needs.
