Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to enhance guest experience and manage in-store presentations. You will help guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, ensuring the floor is fully stocked, accurately priced, and signposted with the right sizes and colors.

Responsibilities include driving sales through visual standards, leveraging store tools to understand sales and inventory, and maintaining backroom organization while staying compliant with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to analyze sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Move freight to the sales floor and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guides and floor presentation.
• Ensure product availability and proper pricing/signage on the floor.
• Assist with backroom organization and replenishment tasks.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, pickup, and Drive-Up duties.
• Maintain safe and compliant work procedures.
