Target is hiring a Style Consultant to assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, delivering an exceptional guest experience through strong operations and compelling visual merchandising. You will ensure the floor is stocked, accurately priced, and presented to inspire self-discovery.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory ownership.
• Sort truck freight and move merchandise to the sales floor.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor with priority fills and merchandising.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing execution.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Assist with fulfillment and guest requests to keep merchandise on the sales floor.
• Uphold safety, ethics, and compliance at all times.
