Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests explore fashion with engaging service and polished visual displays. You will ensure the floor and fitting rooms are welcoming, stocked, and clearly priced, while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Responsibilities include driving sales through visual standards, assisting guests on the floor and in the fitting rooms, and supporting checkout operations as needed. A flexible schedule is typical in retail.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Support price changes and merchandising to keep shelves stocked.
• Assist guests in fitting rooms and on the sales floor.
• Back-up cashier and Drive-Up responsibilities while following policies.
• Work safely and follow safety guidelines.
