Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to engage guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, creating a welcoming, energetic shopping experience. You will ensure the floor is stocked, priced, and signed with the right styles, colors, and sizes while delivering excellent guest service.

The role emphasizes strong operations, teamwork, and flexibility with shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will be provided to help you grow and contribute to store success.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and maintaining pricing and signing consistency.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and assist guests as needed.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the floor, and locate items in backroom based on needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability with priority and manual fills to keep floor price ready.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
