Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through outstanding service, product knowledge, and engaging visual merchandising. You will support floor and fitting room experiences, maintain merchandising standards, and assist with backroom organization and promotions.

You should enjoy helping others, stay adaptable in a fast-paced store environment, and be comfortable with flexible hours including peak times.

Qualifications

Ability to interact with guests and meet their needs.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Interest in apparel products and trends.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and signage.
Understand sales and inventory data using store tools to assist guests.
Sort truck freight, move merchandise to the floor, and locate items in backroom.
Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
Maintain product availability and perform priority and replenishment fills.
Support backroom organization and replenishment for guest requests and fulfillment.
Remerchandise displays as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
Assist with price changes and signing during promotions and clearance events.
Manage fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests, and support returns to the floor.
Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with laws.
Greet guests and engage with them to solve their needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.
