Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through energy, style, and service. You will keep the floor full, priced correctly, and guest-ready while assisting guests with sizes, styles, and colors.

The role emphasizes fast-paced teamwork, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and hands-on visual merchandising, restocking, and fitting room duties to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting guests in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and related tech.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and assist guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom per business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization and support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with clearance merchandising and signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Assist fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise back to the salesfloor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times.
• Work safely; follow policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-up while complying with laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks.
• Engage guests to solve their needs; thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.
