Job summary

H&M in Frederick, MD is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and actively sell products. You will guide customers through the store experience, share fashion insights, promote the Hello Member loyalty app, and support garment care, presentation, and stock management.

You will work with the store team to maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back of house, contributing to a positive shopping environment and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to guide customers through OMNI shopping experiences and promotions.
• Interest in fashion trends and product knowledge to assist shoppers.

Responsibilities
