H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service while guiding shoppers through the store and promoting our fashion products. You’ll leverage fashion knowledge to inform customers and support a seamless shopping experience.

You will participate in garment care, store presentation, and teamwork to meet sales targets and uphold H&M standards across the sales floor and back of house.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and promote products.
• Availability to work hourly shifts.

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Promote and sell products and services to customers.
• Support loyalty app and sustainability initiatives in-store.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house.
